Below please find proposed additions to the Delaware County Common Pleas Court Rules. This includes an additional rule addressing the Reporting to Law Enforcement and Compliance Plan per Rule 5(F) of the Supreme Court of Ohio Rules of Superintendence for each of the following: General Division, Juvenile Court, and Probate Court. The General Division’s rule will also apply to the Domestic Relations Division by reference in the Domestic Relations Local Rules.
