Specialized Dockets

Specialized Docket Coordinator Holly Graham, Probation Officer Rachel Clunen and Senior Probation Officer Matt Proto attended the 2023 NAMI Walks event held in May.  The Delaware County Common Pleas Court Specialized Dockets partner with NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) to support participants in the dockets.

 

 

 

Mental Health Docket

Recognizing that the mentally ill offender poses special challenges to the criminal-justice system, the court has created the mental-health docket with the intent of protecting the community by reducing the recidivism of offenders with mental-health disorders.  Our goal is to improve and to expedite the delivery of appropriate services to mentally ill  criminal defendants through intensive supervision and treatment.  See Local Rule 52 for more information on mental-health-docket eligibility and the screening process.

Recovery Docket

Recognizing that the drug and alcohol dependent offender poses special challenges to the criminal justice system, the court has created the Recovery Docket with the intent of protecting the community by reducing the recidivism of drug and alcohol dependent offenders by improving and expediting the delivery of services to the addicted criminal defendants through intense supervision and treatment. See Local Rule 52 for more information on recovery docket eligibility, referral, and screening process.
